2. Data Ingestion & Security

All document processing is handled securely. For session-scoped RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), uploaded PDFs are extracted, chunked, and stored in-memory during active sessions. We implement encryption in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

3. Third-Party API Routing

Queries and text segments are routed through our triple-failover LLM cascade (Google Gemini, DeepSeek, and Mistral) to synthesize citation-backed answers. Your documents and data are processed transiently and are not used by our upstream providers for model training.

4. Lead Capture & Information Collection

When you request a demo or submit lead information, we collect your name, company name, work email, job title, and optional message details. This data is securely stored in Supabase and used to follow up on your requested services.
