HeyTLDR owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, design, software, and tools. You retain ownership of all documents and context uploaded to your session stores.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall HeyTLDR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
